So in the middle of the night, after doing some paper for my job. I decided to watch a thriller movie. My friend take the recommendation, and gave me the movie title. It's a little bit scary when you see the poster. Maybe some of you got curios about it, so here's it
In United States, the names Jane Doe or John Doe became fictitious names pinned to unidentified corpses.
The film opened with police investigating the scene of the mass murder. Several bodies were found dead, but more strangely, in the basement there was a dead woman's body half buried. This woman's death does not seem like the other victims. There was not a single wound on his body, which provoked the question: how did she die?
Because the police need a quick answer in order to explain to reporters next morning, in the middle of the night an officer sent the corpse to an autistic house belonging to the Tilden family. There is the father, Tommy (Brian Cox) who clearly looks already proficient and Austin (Emile Hirsch) are still hesitant to inherit the derivative business. However, this is where he helps his father, instead of going out with the boyfriend.
What they found, much stranger. There was not a slight injury in this woman's body. She barely has a rigor mortis or some people said as a body stiffness. But inside, her body was totally destroyed. Her eyes were gray, her tongue had cut off, her blood rushing even when the time of death was long, and her internal organs burned from the inside. Was she tortured before she died? What kind of torture could make some organs were broke severely while the outer body remains smooth?
While these two autopsy performs a forensic procedure-which makes me uncomfortable, obviously-little by little the details of death are revealed. The autopsy section it self is also interesting. Tommy gave his son a medical explanation, examined the small details and concluded as a detective solving the case. They assembled one after another clue that grew more and more strange, so concluding that this death is not as easy as usual. The condition of the corpse usually tells itself the story of their death, and our two autopsy (and us) will be intrigued with the story of this dead woman.
The further they enter, the outside situation also gets worse. There is a coming storm, which ensures that two of our characters can not go anywhere when the climax is approaching. The lights began to blink horribly, the radio made a strange noise. And remember, this is an autopsy house, so of course there are some bodies laying down there. There's so much ammunition in this film, such as: the silence and the dark side of the autopsy house, the horror of the autopsy itself and the supernatural element that includes the corpse. And he uses it wisely, with a steady pacing anyway. Even when the lights are on, the horror atmosphere is strong.
Durable less than an hour and a half, this film describes its characterization with a minimalist. There is no excessive drama subplot, but Cox and Hirsch are able to convince us of how the dynamics of their relationship. They also look convincing when to look frightened even when horror lighter in my opinion was not so convincing. Talk about convincing, the corpse is Olwen Kelly who is a real actor, not a doll property. Interesting when the best acting of this movie comes from an actor whose job is only stretched out as a corpse almost for the duration.
I will not reveal the final beak. But I would say that, like most mysteries, he is no longer sticking when we already know what really happened. When The Autopsy of Jane Doe reveals what's under its skin, Things get less compelling. The final beak is a brutality parade.
So it's a little review form me. For those who curious, you can watch it by your self and feel the horror sensation. Hope you enjoy it :) !
